Meet Dr. David Farnsworth
Early Life & Background
Dr. David Farnsworth is a native of Arizona. After high school, he went on a two-year service mission for his church to Puebla, Mexico, where he learned to speak Spanish fluently.
Education
Upon returning to the United States, Dr. Farnsworth attended Arizona State University, where he studied philosophy, Spanish and biological sciences.
He graduated summa cum laude and was accepted to dental school at the prestigious Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas.
Post-Graduate
During his time at Baylor, he received many awards, including:
- Pierre Fauchard Academy Award for Academic Achievements in Dentistry
- Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Society membership
After graduating from dental school with the highest distinction, Dr. Farnsworth was accepted to continue at Baylor for his orthodontic residency. While there, he performed cutting-edge research and received his M.S. in Oral Biology and his orthodontic certificate.
Further Accomplishments
Dr. Farnsworth's research has been published in the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dento-Facial Orthopedics.
Outside the Office
Dr. Farnsworth enjoys camping, waterskiing, and reading, but most of all, he loves spending time with his beautiful wife and four children.
